No hands touch the product from the time wheat is bagged at the farm level till Maida is packed in the pouch or bags.
Maida is used by big, medium and small scale snack food manufacturers, hotels and restaurants, dhabha’s and street vendors besides home use.
This maida is made of wheat grain that contains high amounts of many nutrients, such as, fibre, vitamins, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and selenium.
